Question about aftermarket intake manifold

Could yall tell me what the three threaded holes are for. The very bottom is for the MAP sensor. Im not sure about the three others though. Thanks in advance

To allow for use as a pressure reference, either boost or vacuum. I, like others, have to use a boost log to send boost pressures to various control systems. With this I wouldn't. If you don't.need them just plug them.

On my LOD intake manifold, which is similar, there were 3 of them. The larger one we used for the brake booster, one for the out tube for my catch can, and plugged the 3rd one as it wasn't used..
