cam install and tuning in STL - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Well the time has come to get my can installed and I had planned on going to speed inc in Schaumburg il to it. Only thing is they are 4 or so hrs away. I was wondering if there was any place closer as stl is 1.5 hrs away. I have the JRE rough idle blower cam, prc 6.75 springs, push rods, slp 25% ud pulley, slp double roller t/c, melling hv oil pump. Already installed is halltech Cai, adm race scoop, kooks 1 7/5" headers w/o cats, npp exhaust. I have looked and found craven performance but not a lot on the forums about them.

Definitely go with CBI. 314-952-9883

Dave Steck (DSX Tuning) tuned my car and did an excellent job. He has done it in person and remotely and nailed it both times.

Just got of the phone with him about an hr ago. Very nice person on the phone and answered all my questions and gave me a great quote. He will be doing my car in August. He said he is about a 1.5 weeks out and my cam does not arrive here until Friday due to a UPS F'up so I told him I will be calling him when my cam arrives to finalize a date to drop off my car.

Dropped the car off at cbi for work. Seemed nice and had some highly modified cars but the place just seemed out of place in back woods mo

You will be happy. Wait until Dave tunes you. I have had 2 different builders compliment the tunes he has done for me.

Chris was very professional on the phone in talking to me and I am very comfortable leaving my new car with him. I have heard nothing but awesome stuff about home and dsx tuning should have it back in a week and I am stoked
