I INSTALLED A ROTO FAB CAI KIT TODAY AND NOW I GET A CODE FOR THE MASS AIR SENSOR. ANY IDEAS WHY? I THOUGHT THIS WAS A NO TUNE SET UP.

Did you reinstall the MAF sensor correctly?

Not trying to be rude, just need to ask the obvious question.

Yes I think there was only one way for it to go back in.I lined up the screw holes the only way they would go.

Pull the sensor, it has an arrow on it that indicates the direction of airflow. Make sure you have it in correctly, it will go in the wrong way.

I HAD IT IN CORRECTLY IT JUST TOOK A FEW ON OFF ENGINE CYCLES FOR THE COMPUTER TO RESET ITSELF. ALL IS GOOD...LIGHT IS OUT AND IT RUNS STRONG WITH A NOTICEABLE SUPERCHARGER WHINE!!!!

YOU'LL BE HAPPY U DID!!! I GOT MINE FROM TED AT JANETTY RACING GREAT SERVICE AND TECH INFO. THE KIT REALLY MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THROTTLE RESPONSE AND THE SUPERCHARGER NOISE IS MUSIC TO YOUR EARS!!!
