Private Offer that I don’t need and want to unload

SOLD. ;-). I guess someone was thirsty enough. And for the record yes a refund will be given if it doesn’t work out for them, hence why I said PayPal only.

MODS please delete.

What the eff, really. That is a douche move for sure. I am almost for a perma ban and a IP ban for the OP for pulling this stunt.

It says right on the certificate that it can only be transferred to someone in the same household.

Not defending OP, but it's pretty much up to the dealer based on my experience.
My company qualifies for the GM supplier discount so when I bought my ZL1 I signed up. I was required to show the dealer proof of employment, paystubs, the PIN number for my discount request, etc..
When I got to the dealer and mentioned GM supplier discount, they gave it to me no questions asked. Didn't check anything. Didn't verify I was eligible. Nothing.

So even if the certificate says it can only be transferred to someone in the same household, that is only true if the dealer cares to check.

It might be worth it for someone if you offered their money back if it didn't work but to take the money and say "F you if it doesn't work" is pretty lame.

If the private offer cannot be combined with rebates then for alot of us it is not worth much pending on what other rebates you qualify for.

Option A) 3000- 1000 Camaro Cash= $2000
Option B) 3000-2500(Camaro and Chevy loyalty)=$500
Option C) 3000-3000(Camaro and Conquest)=$0 WORTHLESS

IMO considering its worth between $500-$2000 with lack of certainty that it can be transferred to someone outside the household. If you are looking to buy a camaro then I'd proably pay $9.99 for the cheap option based on black-scholes option pricing.

Exactly. It might be worth $1000 to the right person if the $3000 were guaranteed, but disclaiming responsibility for it working because it violates the terms and conditions of GM's offer reduces the value to zero.

Looking in the recent past, I've seen people on here give away offers they did not have any use for, but this is the first time I've seen someone try to sell it. Chutzpah.
