Best Cold Air intake for value? 2012 V6

Hi Everyone, I'm thinking about picking up a cold air intake for my 2012 V6 1LT Camaro. Can anyone recommend a good one based upon value and overall price?

Thank you for the help!

TDevil...be advised before you order anything that the intakes designed for the 2010 and 2011 V6s will not work for the 2012 LFX engine.

Unfortunently I'm not sure if there are even any cold air intakes available for the 2012 V6, but I'm sure there will be soon. Just do your homework and you will be fine!

Here is what we offer our customer:

Cold Air Inductions, Inc. intake systems benefits:

: Tig welded aluminum air box (high luster finish reflects radiant heat)

: Insulated air box (this adding another layer of thermal (convection) protection)

: Aluminum lid with stainless steel ¼ turn fasteners (fast filter removal)

: Viewing window for fast easy filter inspection.

: High Luster ceramic coated intake tube (coated inside and out, yet another layer of thermal protection)

: Smooth bore (88.9 mm) intake tube construction (this minimizes bends and restrictions within the system)

: 8” V-stack air filter with built in velocity stack (helps reduce turbulence for truer MAF reading)

: 8 layer air filter (maximizing filtration for prolonged engine life

: LIFETIME WARRANTY

We have sold thousands of intakes, have thousands of happy customers, and incorporate design features that make our system a true Cold Air Intake. We see great #’s on the Dyno as well as the track, and can keep our intake temps within 2 degrees of ambient air due to our design features.

Contact manufacturers directly(there's plenty that are posting on here) and ask them if they've got one yet that works with the 2012. If they tell you there's will work even if it's a 2010-11 ask about a return policy.

Anything we sell is a pretty good value. We have some rock bottom pricing. I'd recomend a Roto-Fab or CAI intake. We seem to have the most happy customers with them.

The issue is the MAF ( Mass Air Flow) sensor which tells the engine how much air is going into the intake is changed. Literally every other part is the same. The screw pattern was changed, but as of right now that looks like thats all that was. Since all the existing CAI are the old screw pattern, you can't use them on your car. I am working on finding a quick-fix or some intake that might work. I'll message you as I get stuff figured out/as i know ore (Working with Roto-fab right now to try and get an intake on my 2012 2LS)

I love how Vendors just roll in here offering products that are baselined for 2010 and 11 models but have no info if those same products work with 2012 models.

Vendors: Please read OPs before posting about products that may or may not be available for the new engine. You are walking a thin line here called "misleading"

This.

Start contacting manufacturers like Bill @ CAI, Injen, AirRaid, Vararam etc. They may even be able to use you as a test mule to figure if the existing products work on the 2012s. Or they might already have something in the works.
