What ever happened to the LS7 wheels?

I though someone was making them and there was a C5 group buy?

The company got a cease and desist order from GM. You have to be licensed to replicate a GM design.

Gm stepped in and issued a cease and desist order. No license no wheels.

haha, I don't think so. But if you have an extra $10,000 you could probably pay for a license to make yourself a set

No, that would be too much like the smart thing to do.

My guess is the LS7 design will never see the light of day.

Too bad that company didn't just have them built in China through a third party... Chinese government could care less about a GM cease & desist order.
Said company could include the wheels with a set of over priced center caps on ebay

As shady as it sounds, I may have to do that with the cyber gray wheels that were on the Dale Jr. Camaro @ SEMA

All they needed to do was make a slight change to the design and tell Government Motors to pound sand and go cry on Barry Obama's shoulder.

Unless they are saving it for the Z28.
