water in door sills

anyone notice when it rains the bottom of the door sill is really wet, in fact the entire gasket on the bottom keeping the water out of the car is wet wet wet!!?? any thoughts?

Have the same "problem" after washing the car. Dies not bother me too much, just takes a few moments to make sure it's totally dry with a MF towel.

Seems like the water is a little too close to encroaching the interior, but I can't see anything wrong with the gaskets, no wonder the door sill plates are warping on so many cars.

ive had my car for 7 months and just recently noticed that water is leaking from the door sill down into the passenger floor board on driver side-does not do this on passenger side.
