JSB is number 1 with me.

I'm not sure what they are thinking but they have to add BLUE to the SS line-up. It is a very popular color. Hopefully they will change their minds!!!

Without having an Aqua Blue Metallic paint option on the SS, along with the blue interior ambient lighting to match, with black leather, I'm not getting an SS, it's a deal-breaker for me too.

You and I (and any other people who love the aqua blue) are SOL. The majority here are now begging GM to at least offer the darker blue on the SS. We're on our own. And just like you, I think the blue ambient lighting on an aqua blue SS would be a perfect match. It would look custom made.

You are not alone.

I don't know that I would buy Imperial Blue. I prefer lighter as well.

I like IB more than no blue, though. JSB, then Aqua, then maybe settle for IB.

AHAHHAHAAH i just thought id bring some comic realief to the thread since we cant get blue. only canadians got to see this honda comercial. pretend the f1 is a camaro, and the accord is a cobalt.

Yeah, I must say, with the exception of a couple of somewhat insensitive folks, this is one of the threads where just about everyone agrees, even those whose tastes are different (i.e. they don't want blue). Thanks for the support everyone!! I may get my Imperial Blue yet, or at least a good alternative!!

I've been frequenting this site for quite some time but haven't joined until I read this thread. I've cast my vote to have GM incorporate a blue SS model. I can understand limit ing the color choices for the top-tier model (maybe, as other automakers do), but not having blue is simply a mistake!

Seriously though, I know a lot of people like the dark blue, but to someone who lives in Arizona and needs a relatively light car to not die of heatstroke when climbing in, aqua blue is a necessity! Sure there's other light colors, but the yellow on the car just isn't the same when it isn't bumblebee's color, the silver makes there be too much silver on the car, between the silver color, silver rims, and silver brake rotors, and then I think red cars are bad luck, so... GM, PLEASE MAKE AQUA BLUE SS's! I REALLY don't want to have to buy a V6! :(

Please, if you like aqua blue, don't just say "I want a blue Camaro", make it known WHICH blue you want!

Oh, and I love that honda commercial.
