1 Month Later - Wrong Floor Mats - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I ordered a set of Camaro SS floor mats from West Coast Camaro the day after I got my SS. The mats came from Lloyds, which generally has a good reputation. After waiting a month I got them today and they're the wrong color and size. Pretty frustrating. Should I order another set or just get my money back? I have very little confidence that they'll get them right the next time. I can show pics if you like, they're not even close to what's shown as the product on their site.

Just return them and have West Coast correct the order.
If you aren't satisfied, contest the credit card billing.

Return them and order them from www.autoagenda.com. I got mine just as ordered !!

I hate when you wait all that time and it doesn't work.
I hope you have the original mats to get you through.

Call Wet Coast.

If they are standup they will ship the correct ones and send a return label. Labels can be emailed so you can cross-ship.

If not you will have to pay shipping and have them credit your card.

I would give them a chance to make it right...if for nothing else to save yourself the shipping cost to return the mats.

A second mistake, however, would have me seeking my money back.

Have you even called West Coast yet? You need to let them attempt to get the issue corrected, mistakes are made, though irritating, you have to be accepting that they do happen. If West Coast doesnt do anything to correct the issue, then you might have a problem, but its way to early to be losing confidence unless it happens a couple times.
