Every bit helps, what does it sound like and has it increased the engine response significantly?

True. But you can get FI power for under $ 1,000 with N20. It's all about personal preference. Sometimes you can't think about the cost, vehicles aren't exactly the best investment for your money lol.

Correct. What vvt can do and be tuned to do is similar to what a cam does on a non vvt engine.

This is correct and this is why most VVT cars that have aftermarket cams also have the option of the cams with VVT delete. I recall MACE hinting at making some if things went well.

my local shop quoted my 600 for the installation granted I buy the upgraded timing chains, is that worth it?

That sounds like a great price if you trust the work of the shop.

They do most of our club cars so the shop always gets business from us. I'm the only one with a V6 that has the nerve to actually mod their car. All of my dyno runs are done there. This weekend I should be getting another 2 pulls in with everything in my sig. Hoping to be around 290 ish

Put them in the LFX and get a decent roller tune and you'd probably see 50+hp.

the LLT can provide up to 33HP above factory configuration (aside from forced induction) you choose which method. but be aware - more than one method will not add more than 33hp.
