Tube color won't matter because you won't be using it. Also I don't think there's enough space for the tube to go in there as well. There's no need for it anyway.

im not to crazy about how it looks when the side markers are off. do you think i could tint them and then paint over them? think that would look good?
edit: what about useing that vht paint to tint the side markers then paint it body color

I followed this and they turned out pretty nice. I still have to buff the clear coat to a smooth shine, but I need to let the paint fully cure.

can someone post a video or pictures on how you are supposed to connect the wires to the replacement bulb socket you buy on that website please I know how to do everything but that is the only thing I cannot figure out

Automotivetouchup.com does a spot on SGM as well! I was looking around ar different LEDs and came across these little guys. Substantially cheaper and they I've always had excellent luck with their product.
http://www.oznium.com/thin-led-tube Would just need to trim them down.
