How did I not know this about my gas cap?!?!
I have always hated letting the cap dangle against my car. Apparently most cars have something like this. I had no idea! Been owning my Camaro for a year and a half and I just found this out today...

awhile back there were a ton of threads with people complaining that their gas cap kept falling off the hook, but the way you've done it is correct, you don't put the cap on the hook, you put the cable in the hook instead! You are still leaps and bounds ahead of some people!
