Camaro Annoyances

I figured I would start a thread about the things about our Camaros, that annoy us. I will start with a couple..
When I roll my window up automatically, goes to top, and comes back down.
When the exhaust makes parts rattle inside of the car.
When I am driving and trying to look at my speed and it tells me to drive careful because there could be ice, or when you turn lights on/off.
Worrying every 5 minutes if I locked my car when I know I did, or if someone has messed with it.

As they are going down, hit the down button again where you them to stop. They will stop at that exact point, same with going up.

I don't like the way when you push the washer fluid button the wiper only make one pass then stop. doesn't even get all the wiper fluid cleared off the windshield.

Regarding the exhaust rattling , easy fix , add 12 , 12 inches speakers , it will overrun the exhaust anoyiance

Greetings everyone,

Sorry to hear about the occasional Camaro annoyance(s), but if anyone wants to get their vehicle inspected at a GM dealership for an official diagnosis of a particular issue then please let me know. Don't hesitate to private message me and I can research these matters further.

Y'all aren't using the window switches properly.
There's a detent half way down. If you just push the switch to the detent it works like a regular switch. Going past the detent engages auto mode.
I don't see the point in putting the speed in the DIC.

My annoyance is Hill Start Assist

1. NUMBER 1: 2nd GEAR GRIND AT HIGH RPM SHIFTS ON THE M6. There is NO EXCUSE FOR A PERFORMANCE CAR TO HAVE THIS ISSUE.

William R. - this needs serious attention. There are multiple threads dedicated to this in the transmission section of the forum. Most dealers are reporting the shifting condition as "normal".

2. Constantly having to fiddle with the climate controls. I want to "set it and forget it". Automatic climate control should be at least an option in 2013.

3. Reaching WAY back to get my seatbelt every day, scratching the heck out of my door panel with my watch/ring. And in general, too much hard plastic throughout the interior, which scratches too easily.

You don't have those leather straps on the top of the seat with the magnet? I abuse mine.

I have them but it puts the belt in a really odd feeling position for me. Don't know about how others feel about them but at 6'2", having the belt in those leather straps just doesn't feel right and it tends to pop out of them anyway.

In fact, the general feel of the belt to me doesn't feel right but I've gotten used to it.

Ah I see. I am only 6'0", but this is my first sports car so I adjusted easily.

To add to the forum...I get annoyed with having to "pair" my phone with the aux bluetooth every time I want to listen to pandora on my phone. I know it saved my phone in memory, but I still have to activate it every time. Kinda stupid.
