Headphones?
Does anyone know if there is a way to connect headphones/ear buds to the car's infotainment system?

I don't think so, at least not that I have heard.
One other note. In Washington it is illegal to drive while wearing headphones or earbuds that plug both ears. It restricts your ability to hear your surrounding's. If seen you may get pulled over for distracted driving. Not. Saying that I agree, just saying.

We got bluetooth, but it only receives, don't think it can send sound out. You can get a pair of bluetooth headphones and sync em with your phone. You can answer calls that way too if you prefer it over the hands free stuff in the Camaro...
