$1500.00 for mine but the custom stripes would have cost me around $2100.00 if not for a deal.

Going with a phased colore stripe from from fasic to rear

including roof. My wife is ana artist and has had a number of meetings with the paint shop. The stripes will not be a single color so the cost will be near two K, but that's what she wants

Do the stripes lay flat or can you feel a ridge? Maybe that's the difference with the cheaper paint work.

Do your Research...see their work...ask questions....
+1 The guy that did mine for $350 also did several other 5th Gens and continually works with this guy that is a member on here, adding more and more custom work to his Camaro. ITS NOT VINYL haha

Around $600, they will also put in the RS or SS or any thing you want on the hood buldge side for an extra $50.
They have an awesome paint and body shop and back up their work, have not seen nor heard of any problems.

One of the better shops in town quoted me $1000 just yesterday...for Bumblebee on the nose style (which adds the bumpercover to the clearcoar part)

$799.00...Custom color, special mix...it has been clear coated but does have a very slight raise to it. From 5 feet away you can't see it but, with your knees on the nose and a finger across the hood you can feel a slight raise....still, it looks real good and I'm happy with it....The shop I used charges standard rates....$42.00 dollars an hour...they had my car for 4 days....

HERE IS WHAT I HAD DONE AND IT IS ALL PAINT! ALL BUT THE SS EMBLEMS, THE GILLS ON THE SIDE WERE AIR-BRUSHED TO MAKE THEM LOOK VENTED! THIS GUY IS REALLY GOOD DOES VERY NICE WORK. HE WENT INTO THE SIDE MARKER LIGHTS ON THE HOCKEYE STRIPE ON THE SIDE, THAT WAS SOMETHING HE CAME UP WITH SOMETHING DIFFRENT AT NIGHT YOU CANT TELL THEY HAVE BEEN PAINTED! AND DURING THE DAY IN THE LIGHT THE MARKER LIGHT LOOKS LIKE ITS PART OF THE STRIPE VERY NICE! TOM LUSCH IS HIS NAME FROM MARION, OHIO HAS DONE ALOT OF THINGS OVER 40 PLUS YEARS AND HE IS VERY REASONABLE ON HIS PRICE!
