I have a question about using an ipod, here's the series of events, I have my ipod connected and playing music that's on the ipod, and i'm driving..... then change over to the radio or xm, I get to my desination, turn off the car. Do what I gotta do, get back in and start it up and it automatically goes to the ipod first, it doesn't bother me too bad but when i'm listening to some rap with explicit language on the ipod and it turns on when i pick up my kids from school, i rather they don't here it.

especially if i got some 2 live crew jammin'

Is this how eveyone elses works?

The PDIM update will take care of this issue. It is a pain in the butt to find the dealer that knows how to do it but once it is done correctly you will longer have that issue.

Glad to see I'm not the only one this bugs! Guess I'll check with the dealership... see if they give me the blank stare when I say "PDIM update"... LOL

Actually... I have the opposite problem... I have a some of my kids songs on my ipod.. every once in a while my ipod forgets what was playing and jumps to the kids playlist... so yeah, start the car and I'm greeted with "The wheels on the bus go around and around... "
