Yes you can. I actually tested them on my 2SS (with HID headlights) for their company at the So Cal Meet back in April. They tested the headlights originally in worst case scenario and the covers bubbled from the heat (they tested it with highbeams on, car not moving so no wind to cool them, and the highbeams on for a full hour) so they noted to all the distributors to list that it is "Not for use on HID equipped Camaros". On a Camaro with the HID headlights they work fine with no problems. I've had mine on since April and love them and get a ton of compliments.

I guess the only caution I could leave you is don't leave your highbeams on for a full hour which I doubt would ever happen (the first set I tested for them I left mine on for an hour and they bubbled after about 20-30 minutes).

The second set I tested I used just normal lowbeam headlights on for an hour and no bubbles or warping to the covers.

I know laws are partially different throughout the country but can you get a ticket with them on during the day if you plan on taking them off at night?

No need to take them off at night. You'll see as soon as you put them on (since I read the next post down that your ordered heads and tails) that the light isn't affected one bit from the covers. During the day you can tell they're blacked out until you hit your brakes or blinker but at night you can't tell the difference really when the lights are on (they have a slight haze to them but nothing a Cop is going to take note of). Let me know any questions you might have and I can answer them for you.

You can get written up as a fix it violation however that rule varies in different areas. They can get you for taillights almost anywhere because they "inhibit the light emitting from the brakelights" day or night but for headlights is where they vary because if you get pulled over during the day for it you can get out and pull the covers off and tell the officer that you remove the headlight covers at night before driving. Only reason I say this is because I got pulled over in my old Silverado with the GTS covers and he didn't write me up for the headlights but did write me a fix-it violation for the taillights (and then signed off on the violation after I removed the rear covers).

wow, those look awesome, I would have never thought of putting headlight covers on my 2010, but I might be changing my mind now.

No problem. I've had their covers on 3 different vehicles and all were different styles (the headlights and taillights on an 04 Duramax, taillight covers on an 08 Sierra, and now headlights taillights and fog lights on my Camaro) so they come highly recommended from me.

Another note I'll had about the covers for the Camaro's is that the GTS logo on these covers is removable (they weren't removable on my 08 Sierra taillight covers).
