i just don't understand.you guys will get your keys?? and my 1LE is still on hold at oshawa. i was told by gm that it will be sitting there ,a couple of weeks????!!!!!! before shipping.
still waiting for their stupid parts. they could at least ship it and make the recall at the dealer. at least i could see my new baby.

it's been there since may 20th.. it's a ***joke. talk about beeing serve last. summer is passing by and winter will arrive..

pissed,mad, frustration..etc is not strong enough as a word,with what i'm feelin.

Well I just left the dealer with a rental car an impala ! I paid for my camaro 1le in full with a check from my credit union ! And they sail it should be done hopefully with a weeks time ! Let's see . Crossing my fingers

Dealer in WI won't sell any. He "guaranteed" he would honor all rebates and private offer I had because I put a down payment, down. I asked for it in writing if he reneges on the deal I can go to any of the other dealerships in the area. Also, I don't need this car I can just wait for the next deal

Well I got a call at 12:20EST stating FedEx has not arrived with the keys. Should be the afternoon! 5 sets are arriving and I was priority number 2.

Ok this is getting bad. I just bought my Camaro with the hopes of getting that now so infamous phone call that the new parts are ready. But today i went to see my car at the lot and i saw a big door dent in the rear quarter panel, close the the tire in that little curve between the tire and the body. That's what happens when you can't take the car you dealed for to the security of your own garage GRR. I don't think they can fix that without repainting, how can i cancel a contract in Texas? Of course the car has not left the dealer's lot and just signed this morning.

Update:
The salesman called and they fixed the dent without repainting, still got to check it up personally but well i don't feel like i need to cancel the deal. Regarding the stop sales/recall. The parts did not arive today as the guy told me by phone, he said tomorrow. Apparently most people are been told their cars will be ready either tomorrow or thursday, i guess we will see about that.

I feel you. My Z/28 still stuck, and bird poop caused a hood repaint.

Well bless my dealers heart. They went and removed the key from the fob and made a new key from a generic blank thinking that this would allow them to give me my car. GM told them they have to have an official key and still couldn't deliver the car even though they performed the recall. Have to wait for the official key.

On the flip side the fob doesn't look horrible without the key. There's a pin that holds it to the flippy part. They just took out the pin and removed the blade.
