Sounds interesting. It's probably better just to get used to where your front end is. That's what I'm doing.

thats true but i worry so much when my wife drives it once a year lol god i hate her driving it she owns a jeep wrangler and gets sidtracked very easy iv seen her jeep sitting on top of the parking curb

if you want to drill 4 holes in your front bumper, why not reverse sensors? they are very inexpensive and easy to install . unlike tapping of the reverse light, they must always be "on" and if you drill and place your holes carefully, it will look like a factory install
i have installed a few on my vechs. in the past... it is not so hard

I hate little nannies like this. They just make the driving population dumber and oblivious to surroundings. My suggestion is to learn the dimensions of your car. It will make you a better overall driver.
