Habe to say BlownChevy that I have herd that as well. Now I know the TVS makes and does great things, But centri's have done extremely well at the track past a certain time threshold.

NOT saying the TVS's will not do the same, but they are not as proven yet..are they ? I know there are a few Stang guys running the techno, and now the whipple, but I have not seen a full season result yet on them.

Yea i am not looking for a track car, im looking for a fun street car, and roots and twin screws are the best option. I was also reading that the magnacharger produces alot more heat than the kb because of how the air passes through each system. Also i feel this car is just too much muscle for hissing turbos, and blow off valves, but that just my opinion.

I am willing to bet you that data is wrong. Do not believe what you read on the internet, do some in person research. Most anyone will tell you IAT's have been a HUGE issue with the KB systems on the LS2 and LS3. The TVS runs about 30* over ambient.

The Procharged car will 60ft the same and out MPH me every time ... Same DR's and he is stock rear suspension ... I have almost 2k worth of suspension parts to stop the wheel hop ... Don't get me wrong I love my Maggie but in a 4000lb car that will not dead hook the procharger is they way to go .... For a NASTY street car then it's the Maggie ... KB will run hot on a 6.0l or bigger at least hotter then a TVS even one at the max ...

I though you would ... I'm just saying It's my job to deliver what my customer wants or future customers ... Maggie is a great duel duty unit geared more towards the street and the Centri / turbos are geared more towards the track ..

Matt,

Not to dispute your claim here, but I'm a little confused at how boosted power adders are more suited for the track over the street???

It seems to me when you have all that power, it really comes down to putting it to the ground. We're talking shift points, final gear ratios... And so on...

Seems to me that Boost is only one piece to the puzzle...

Ehhh, I wouldnt use a turbo in a drag application..they work though..I like the instant torque of a SC just got to know how to drive it....Now on a road course a sc is more of a sane choice.
