I paid 375 for his service but no ticket on my record. Like I said it's worth a try n calling one of those guys. Good luck

Idk where you got this information from. My friend just got a ticket 50 in a school zone. This is his 2nd speeding ticket in less than 6 months. Still has his license and no jail time

since you're in Houston you may want to call David Sprecher. Just google him. However since you mentioned this happened on a "back road" I'm guessing this is outside of COH. He might be able to refer you to someone who handles whatever county or municipality you were cited in.

That helps, and sometimes it's up to the officer's discretion...

For reckless driving in Texas there has to be some other factors speed alone will not usually be enough to prove wilful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property... Had it been on the freeway with other cars around the case could be made but on a back road all alone to hard to prove. Besides max fine on reckless driving is only $200 and max of 30 days in jail, I am sure the ticket will be much more than that...

In Ontario 30 mph. over is automatic 7 day impound and a day with the judge for racing . Minimum $2000 fine and more depending on judge , and by more it could be loss of licence and jail time.

I got stopped for 118 in a 45, Louisiana state Police , let me go with a ticket for 60 in a 45. Told him I just lost my wife of 26 years, she wasn't dead we were just getting divorced.
