Hey guys I need some help

So when the camaro first came out basically nobody offered leasing on it and the prices were very high... Now that some time past since release date im curious how much you think leasing a 1lt would be with 1500 down automatic.. And I know you basically had to wait sometime to get your camaro but did production increase? do most dealers carry more camaros? Thanks for your responses...

I haven't heard of anyone leasing a camaro yet, but you are out in Cali and probably have more options than we do here. Just check out your options online and see what's out there. You may have to go to a few local dealerships and propose it to them and see if they will bite.

Good Luck

production hasnt increased i dont believe.. its a steady process of realeasing them. but there are more avaliable out there now from people who ordered them way back and now either arent interested or used the money they had for something else.. the dealership in my home town has 5 2ss rs models on the lot!

furthermore.. the reason there isnt any leasing is bc dealerships arent aloud to place orders for themselves.. all cars have been ordered by an individual.

Well that's not true. LOL. I have 5 on my lot for sale, only one was a sold order that fell through. If you have allocation you either use it or lose it. Since we have more allocation than orders, we just order them, and sell them to the first lucky soul that wanders in....

Leasing is offered but your payments will generally be higher than on a purchase with the current economic climate.

Residuals are low and Leasing APR's are not competive with Purchasing APR's

My dealer ordered one for themselves and put a phantom name on it and then sold it later. Otherwise I would have been the first at *** Chevrolet to own one.

They have been working overtime on Sat since last June. The plant is at full tilt.

They are becoming more and more available. My local dealer is sitting on sixteen of them (according to their online inventory)

Well the skinny on that is that both GMAC and USBank are offering leases but you would probably do better on a 60 month purchase vs. a 30/38 month lease.
