Got back from the track again

Well, here is what I had - and I figured I would post all 4 runs, much happier today - well, except for the losses I had

Anyway, here you go:

Mason Dixon Dragway
Run 1 - 12:11 PM
(72 degrees, 46% Humidity, 29.97 in. pressure, DA: 1625 ft, RD: 95.33%)
R/T: -.036
60: 2.099
330: 5.835
1/8: 8.886
1000: 11.468
1/4: 13.633
MPH: 103.84

Run 2 - 1:11 PM
(73.9 degrees, 43% Humidity, 29.95in. pressure, DA: 1767ft, RD: 94.93%)
R/T: .083
60: 2.050
330: 5.749
1/8: 8.784
1000: 11.355
1/4: 13.519
MPH: 103.97

Run 3 - 3:17 PM - Dial 13.51
(75.9 degrees, 37% Humidity, 29.90in. pressure, DA: 1938ft, RD: 94.45%)
R/T: .235
60: 2.070
33: 5.708
1/8: 8.715
1000: 11.258
1/4: 13.402 (yea, and )
MPH: 104.93

Run 4 - 4:08 PM - Dial 13.36
(77 degrees, 36% Humidity, 29.89 in. pressure, DA: 2020ft, RD: 94.22%)
R/T: .067
60: 2.082
330: 5.776
1/8: 8.818
1000: 11.383
1/4: 13.541
MPH: 104.28

Should have kept the same dial as the first elimination round, oh well.

Best run (#3) corrected:
13.105 @ 107.368 MPH

im no drag racing expert, so correct me if im wrong. Doesnt the clock start only when you cross the line? So your RT doesnt play into the 1/4 mile time, it just helps you beat the guy next to you... is that correct?

Don't agree with that, it runs what it runs, end of story.

Correct - so R/T is still important and I just included the entire ticket

Yeah, but it seems to me that most people on this forum don't realize how weather and elevation affect track times. Every time a 13.5 1/4 mile run is posted they assume the car is slower than advertised and we go through hundred of posts and sevreal useless threads. I say post all your real time slips and your best time corrected. Just make sure you point out that it is corrected.

To the OP; how are you launching...what mode, what RPM, etc?

But just about everywhere right now you will have + DA's.
Ex. I ran 11.63@116 in Mid march with a DA of a little over 1500. Corrected it would have been a 11.4 run BUT I don't have a 11.4 timeslip to show you, I have a 11.6 timeslip.

Give it time, between people learning the car and cooler weather coming in a couple Months I believe a average driver will get timeslips they are advertising.

If you're gonna drag it, then mod it..otherwise enjoy the car as is. And leave the street racing to the movies(before you kill somebody)..

Umm..... Not trying to be too rude here, but maybe you missed the title of the thread "Got back from the TRACK again." Nothing about street racing
