Today I participated for the first time in a car show. I really didn’t expect to win anything being a first timer.Took my 2SS, my wife's Escalade and my daughter's toy car. Over all my Camaro won second place for best custom, second place for best in show and second place in people’s choice

Also being a former police officer in this city I heard some rumors about a 2011 Camaro SS as a police cruiser. After a brief chat with the Assistant Chief of Police, he confirmed the existence of the Chevy Defender. I asked him if he could take it to the show and he agreed on taking it . I took some pictures of the winning vehicles. Hope you like them. Wanted to take more pics but had limited memory on the camera.

Congratulation and thanks for sharing. The background bought back memories from when I lived in McAllen, although it has been 13 years ago.
