Muffler delete/straight pipes Camaro ss ls3
Whats up guys im new here, i have a camaro ss ls3 and im thinking about getting Muffler delete/straight pipes. i love the sound but my friend told me something about i could lose power by removing the stock muffler cuz of back pressure, any truth to that?

between the 4 cats ( 2 on each side) and a pair of resonators, mufflers = pure sound

You do lose back pressure but I didn't see it causing a power loss. Just a bad a$$ sound

Your gonna love the sound. I did it on mine until I put headers on it, then it was just way to loud. Like " piss off the neighbors loud".

Just do it you can always add axel back bullets if its to loud for you.

Have had deletes on my 2010 since summer 2010. No loss of power. I don't have any issues with a drone either. I've heard that the drone is mostly on the L99 due to the AFM.
