Cool Emblempros.com's prototype underhood bowtie pictures

We've had many requests for this piece, and we have been planning on doing it for a while, but the mounting method puzzled us for a while. Tape will not stick to the insulation, and we wanted to make something that would be there for good, or even temporarily.

So far, we have came up with a permanent mounting method that is 100% fool-proof going to stick permanent to the insulation. Our method will not be revealed yet, but it requires very mild modification to the liner itself. Here are some pictures of the bowtie in stainless steel with no decorations:

We will make these out of a variety of materials, and even customize them heavily with laser etching, and even emblem decorating done completely in-house to your door. Pricing has not been established, but this piece will be very high-quality at the most affordable price we can make it. The options will be pretty limitless. We will be submitting them for GM approval very soon, but for now, enjoy the pictures and let us know what you think, and even throw out some suggestions.

Thanks, guys!

Matt Neace

That would be really badass, and really expensive.

Exclamation

Here are some shots of our permanently mounted bowtie that we have finished. This is a mirror-reflective stainless steel bowtie with "2010" laser-etched at the top, and "CAMARO" laser-etched at the base.

The custom made SS / RS emblems have a mirror orange acrylic frame, and black acrylic centers - some pictures show white centers as well.

This piece looks amazing under the hood, and GM probably should have put it there from the factory it looks so good:

We have no solid pricing yet due to the fact that these will be heavily customizeable and pricing will reflect the degree of customization.

These will come with stainless steel mounting hardware that will be factored into the cost as well, but we don't see a better option. We have nailed the mounting method.

GM fees will come out as well, so we still have to figure out a base price, but that may be weeks away still. There are a lot of factors.

There is a similar product already out that isn't licensed, and the SS logo looks down-right horrible, and it mounts with silicone, which is a really bad idea to say the least, and it sells for $80plus dollars. Even though we feel our product is vastly superior to that, we will try to remain competitve to their price point.

This looks very good! The customization puts it over the top of other underhood emblems. I will be buying one when it releases.
