My girlfriend got whiplash

Just kidding but it was close. I was coming back from publix and was at the light. I just reved her up to 3k and let her rip. I tend to drive my car like a sissy, i.e realll slowww but just this one time I wanted to feel the power at my disposal and get the wheels burning. I also wanted to scare some kids that were hanging out. I ended up scaring the sh*t out of her because her head went back into the seat like a wet noodle. Her words to me were "tell me in advance next time you do that!!!"

Did the same thing on a highway on ramp. She was shocked. Had to hit the breaks to avoid running people over.

Every time I do that my lady giggles like she's 12 (so do I to be honest) and says "do it again!"

That's how I know she's a keeper

Since driving my Camaro, my daily driver feels like there is a boat anchor and a parachute out the back when trying to accelrate.

This works for the first time.... In first or second gear, I will look over and ask the passenger not to put their head on the headrest. , They look puzzled and raise off.... then I nail it, they get it right away laughing and I say... I was just kidding

I'm with ya on that. A 6cyl Grand Cherokee?! The Camaro feels like the lightest car on the road to me!!

I have a solution to that... it's what I'm doing actually.

MAKE THE CAMARO YOUR DAILY DRIVER!

I seriously doubt we'll be taking the wife's 4-runner anywhere once my car arrives. Maybe camping or something.

Hehe... yeah I went with the 1LT to have it BE my daily driver. That way I can't be disappointed moving between vehicles. Though come the winter time it's back to the Jeep for a few.

As for the whiplash, yeah that'll happen.
