New GM ILE Axles leaving grease!
Replaced my axles on SS with ILE axles and after 3 months the CV boot cracked and grease is spinning out.
One side is the outer and other side its the inner CV boot. Was not hard to replace them. So i dont think i damaged them when installing. Just crazy both did this! Issue is i had them for 1.5 years before installing and now out of warranty. WTH! Not happy. Last edited by KalCorp; 04-23-2022 at 05:16 PM. |

Axles are double price now. That is crazy. need to find the CV boot and just replace them lol

I can tell you the one listed on RockAuto is not even close. Might end up having to use a universal one if GM discontinued them.
Where did you even find them as every place I looked had them as discontinued?
