Several problems, first was a broken armrest latch, then the carpet at the passenger floor pulling away from the trim sill plate, wire harness for the A/C- heat may rub, almost constant tapping noise from the pass. dash/windshield area. This and the harness are bulletins/ recalls. Dealer is fixing all problems and providing me with a rental. Other than that I love the car.

Dealer is replacing the lifters this coming week to solve the tapping noise on startup. Also fixing an oil leak (replacing o ring on oil cooler), and coolant leak, and replacing blower motor when it comes off of backorder, I'm also trying to track down annoying vibration in windshield/dash area on hard acceleration and get that fixed. Still love the car, but damn that's a lot of issues with only 5300 miles.

About 10,000 miles on the car something happened and it was missing REALLY bad. It would barly idle and at WOT i couldn't get over 65MPH. They said it was the fuel injectors. Then my USB quit working. And the first week we had the car it would shut off randomly. Stopped, driving it didn't matter it would just quit.

reverse lights were on continuously. Dealer wanted to replace the ECM and Reverse Switch. ECM replacement was unnecessary as the new Reverse Switch fixed the problem.

I had condensation in one of the rear tail lights. The dealer fixed it no questions asked. Last week the passenger seat recline knob broke off. I've yet to call the dealer for that one. I drove over a pothole two weeks ago and I think I need to rebalance a wheel and get an alignment but that is driver error so it doesn't count.

The dealer had it for 2 days, had to put it on a lift and run the car to find it. Turns out the carrier bearing was bad on the drive shaft. Bad part is they can't be replaced. So they had to replace the drive shaft. Noise gone 2SS/RS 6spd.
I just experienced a simular wheel bearing squeel yesterday. Sounds like the rear passenger bearing is going bad. Took to the dealer and they said that it looks like the RR bearing seal is crooked and rubbing on the bearing race. Also they said the rear shock on that same side is slightly leaking oil. They are ordering a complete hub assembly, a nut and a new shock... under warranty.
I have 3800 miles with nothing else bad to report. I love everything about this car!

1. Warranty: At 6500 miles, squeaky A/C compressor drive belt needed to be replaced (TSB).

2. Warranty: At 6500 miles, driver's rear side window trim needed to be re-glued. It separated slightly from the body about 1/4" and I was afraid of leakage. Dealer fixed it up when they did #1.

After nearly 9,000 miles... that's it ! Camaro is as reliable as any Honda I have owned (so far, knock knock).
