P.S. That was pretty fun at the end there! LOL Not 100% sure how fast I was going. The low fuel light took over the speed in the center. I'm pretty sure the last 2 digits were around 35.
I though for a second that i'd be able to hang, but you started walking away from me... I guess I'll have to realize I'm driving a V6 someday. It was fun though.

You kept right up. That V6 is still a pretty potent engine.

Yup. Nice! The only thing is it comes with a rubber insert but the rubber has to much play in it. So I replaced it with a plastic piece from another shift knob I had lying around.

I said it in the other thread, but I'll say it again - my hat's off to you guys for organizing and doing this. I'm with Charlie - I wish I could have been there.

When you say the last two digits were 35...am I to assume that the first digit was a 1? Where exactly did you take him? Was his mom with you too? That's funny!

Oh, and not for nothing, it's too bad you guys didn't make the news...not for the Camaros or the publicity, but just because a local club did a nice thing for this boy...we never hear enough "good" news, we'll only hear about the teen who wraps himself around a tree after a night of partying and that he was driving a Camaro...you get the idea...

Wait...you hit 135 with him in the car?!?!?!? LOL

That's a lot faster than any rollercoaster he's been on.

The um er "35" was just with Chuck. I didn't go to crazy with Adam. Just a nice burnout and some aggressive 2nd gear "acceleration tests" I think at most we might have hit 60.

Awesome Story, Nice to see people do good things, especially in today's society when all you hear is bad things.

Maybe you switched it over to metric and it said 135kph. Cool though, sorry I couldn't make it. Looked like you had a good time, and I can't wait to go to the car show in the spring.
