Also, isn't the 'Dusk Edition' AGM?

I have a Black one, but voted AGM, hard as hell to keep it clean and swirls galore...
I dont like AGM because of the flakes. it wont hide swirls that well either..

I got another set of RS rims and powder coated them AGM (at least very close with the blue fleck too)...they look great.

Here's a link, they were done by DFW Powder Coating in Grapevine, TX

Never thought about the sun fading the color! Thanks for that input! Definitely going with AGM now.

How much did they charge for powder coating in Grapevine? Also, I like my rims, but would be willing to trade for a pair of SS polished ones, my car has 500 miles on new tires, so would have to have newer tires on those too.

Actually after thinking about it, I may just keep the '13 RS rims instead of getting 45th anniversary ones. At least with black chrome '13 RS rims, everyone wil know I have a 2013.

Ashen Gray hides dirt? Maybe more than black but dark colors always show dirt, water marks & scratches far more than a light color such as gold or silver does. Buy AGM if you like it but saying it hides dirt? Sell crazy somewhere else.

I meant from a farther distance. Like driving down the road, it would be difficult to tell. Unlike black when you see the dirt streaking along the sides! I just don't like lighter colored vehicles, so that makes it harder. lol

This is why im doing my accents in AGM. Dont get me wrong red and black are amazing. But just to throw some varient in there from the norm. Althoguh it makes it a bit pricier since everything is custom and I suck at painting. If I had gone the black route, most of couldve been just bolt on stuff. Which is easy f9r me.

Metallic silver is boring...but hides imperfections well. I went out and bought a midnight blue (IBM) car.
Sighh.

Anyway, go for the color with the metallic flake. Now, if it was a Pearl Black...oh my.

Of course it's not going to show as much as black, but that goes w/o saying. That's like saying black looks better when it's clean. Well, of course it does....

I have a black one and would get AGM if I were to buy another.

I really like the black. Yes, maintaining the paint is a pain, but it really looks awesome when clean.

My main reason is that black accents don't work as well on an already black car (wheels, tail light bezels, stripes, etc.).
