timing bushings after lowering
I was just wondering if you needed to time aftermarket bushings as well as the stock ones?

If you lower it get an alignment and time all the bushings for the new ride hight

With aftermarket replacement bushings it's not necessary to time them as the ferule rotates freely within the bushings. You have to do it with OEM bushings because they do not rotate with suspension movement and once lowered, the bushing will bind and fight the new position until the bolts holding them in place are loosened and allow the rotation to the new position.
