Stroker
Someone clear this up, what is a stroker engine in a 5th gen, how do you go about getting one

It's the same as any motor. It is changing the stroke of the motor in order to add displacement. You can do this by changing the rod length or the stroke on the crank.

Based on your other post it seems your looking for power and low track times. Try visiting and posting these questions in the engine , tranny and dragstrip subsections. You will get better info from the people who have done it before.
Not that carbon8 was wrong. There are many very knowledgeable people in those sections who can help you get where you want to go with your build. |

But you do have to run shorter rods if you have a stroker crank. They all have to fit perfectly together, so to the op, if you are serious contact a sponsor like jre
