Issue #59 clicking noise I had the same problem. I opened the hood and found a relay block mounted on the left side had fallen off and was being hit by the cooloing fan.

Passenger side fender alingment was off. wheel cover well had to come off, then loosten fender bolt, and it poped right in place. GM called the dealer and I believe it is fixed at the factory now. Otherwise perfect VIN 7754

A lot of these problems sound minor and very fixable by the dealership. The car does have a warranty and hopefully you all bought your cars from a reputable dealers as they should be taking car of you and your car. My car had a few scrapes on the rear diffuser panel most likely from being taken off of the delivery truck and they replaced the panel for me no problems. Fingers crossed that I don't start having problems but so far so good.

Digital Dash went out

My digital dash readout kept going on and off.

According to my dealer they contacted GM and this was the first issue reported so they requested the entire gauge console be replaced and the part sent in for inspection.

I had to take my car back to dealer today. Passenger side tailights went out. Found the connection was not seated properly.

Condensation in front blinkers

Quote:
Dealer PDI completed around 5:30pm. The subsequent photoshoot didn't capture this, but once the sun went down, we noticed condensation in the front blinkers. Both sides, worse on the drivers side.

Also, the dealer noticed (before we did) a scuff on the drivers armrest. They're going to replace it as soon as they can get the part. This is not an "issue" per-se, but something to look for.

Here's a pic of the driver's side blinker. It almost looks like soap suds it's so thick.
Edit:

When I called to order the armrest, the service rep indicated that newer lamp assemblies are "vented" and as long as the condensation goes away (it does) it's likely not a problem. Thinking my "dealer is an idiot", I went to the trusty Camaro5 search and found a thread discussing moisture in the reverse lights. It had a reference to a GM service bulletin that describes our condition exactly. We'll see how it goes, but it looks like maybe the "customer is an idiot" and the condensation is normal.

Well that is a very sad, very long list of thing considering all the testing in all the conditions they have done. very disappointed.
