Mounted the 2014 front bumper to see if our carbon fiber 2012- 13 1LE front splitter would fit. Unfortunately you can see it doesn't . We were hoping it would . Base on the overwhelming number of orders we've had for the 12-13 version............. one! LOL It doesn't do much for our enthusiasm to take on the project. Just purchasing the GM plastic version to take off molds is around $800. Not including all the logistics and cost of the molds. Let me know what you guys think.

On a different note, the cooling plate has been a hit. I can't wait folks to get theres. They are going to be extremely happy!

Why'd you have to show me this stuff?! That would look fantastic on ANY 1LE! My "CFO" is going to kill me shortly.

2014 carbon fiber 1LE splitter update:

I picked up the GM piece from my dealer today so that we can make molds. I notice theres some additional pieces of hardware that came in the box. Turns out you can't install the splitter without these additional pieces (SEE PIC BELOW). Unfortunately GM doesn't sell them separately. Meaning for everyone who doesn't have a 1LE, they would need to get the GM splitter just to pirate the hardware the install of carbon fiber version. Economically it doesn't make sense as the GM pieces retails for about as much as what we will sell the carbon version will. In essences this is a poor business decision on our part because it just shrunk our potential market even more. I was already hesitant as we had only sold one of the 1LE splitter that would fit the 2010 - 13. I'm going to go through with it just because I gave my word I would to a member who ask if we would. He might have the only 2014 carbon splitter in the country! LOL

These are extra pieces necessary to do the install.

Marty we already have the 2010-13 splitter mods made. I was referring to the 2014. So if you want one, let me know and I will see about getting an extra one done in the first batch.

We are also going to go ahead a make the 2014 splitter. I guess my last post might have been confusing as we are also going to make 2014. Plus I have some good new for the 14 owners, my parts guy was able to source the hardware for the install. Meaning evening if you don't have a 1LE, you can still get the install hardware through GM.

What's the cost on the splitter, rear spoiler, fog light pods, and the lower rear bumper (diffuser)?
