6L80E Transmission Problem HELP ME!

Short Synopsis: No 1st, 2nd and Reverse gears.

So, the weirdest thing happened to me the other day. I was sitting at an intersection and when the light turned green, I hit the gas to go and the car acted like it didnt want to move. Now, the car did something funny while I was sitting at the light, it felt like i put the car into gear which i didnt because it was already in drive and i was at a stand still. Instead of driving it home, i just got it towed. There were no codes.

A little background info. 2010 A6 with 108k on the motor. There has never been any slippage or other symptoms related to the transmission that i know of. Ive had the car for 6 1/2 years. I honestly dont believe its a mechanical failure. What do you guys think?

fluid level check for sure , or drop the pan and see if there are any signs of debris indicating some type of mechanical failure ? when my TCM failed it acted wired as well ,

I can manually put it in M3 and it moves fine but when in Reverse it lunges forward before abruptly coming to a halt.
