LME put one on mine with conventional break-in oil, so I just bought one for synthetic

I went to my local GM dealer today to get an oil filter and oil. They wanted $30 per liter/quart for the 0W40 supercar oil and after running the VIN this is the filter the parts guy said is supposed to be on the car. PF63. Is he correct? This seems to contradict everything in this thread?
I'm going to order oil online, not paying the dealer $300 for 10 quarts of oil.

No this is most definitely not the right filter! Besides other issues, it’ll be too tall and stick out under the car

Here’s a comparison between PF63 and PF64.

That parts guy is sadly mistaken, thinking it’s PF63

As stated above, DON'T let them install a PF63 or you may be in for a nasty surprise going over a bump or anything that normally wouldn't be a problem, because the oil filter will be the lowest part of your car. You need PF64.

In addition, this price is absolutely exorbitant at about 3x what it should be. They apparently don't want your business, and, after this quote and filter gaffe, you don't want to give it to them either.
