Mines going into the dealer for this and another issue later this week, but if I can fix it myself with a download then I'll do it

Take to dealer and have the new files loaded.
I would rather fix myself, but GM said a dealer has to load the files.

I would recommend going to the dealership, if you are able to. They should be able to do this for you appropriately.

I'm at the dealer right now. They said that the fix is for vehicles in Canada only.

I don't know what is going on with my hands free calling. I say the phone # and the system picks up all other kinds of #'s. Is this because of noise in the car or what?

Hmm. When I called the dealership the other day they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about but said to make an appointment that it might take 2 hours that just sounded crazy to me so I'm waiting to see if you get the issue fixed.

Maybe it's hard to say though have someone else try see if they have the same issues. Any time I have to use one of those voice activated phone system (like my insurance) I usually end up have to use the keypad because of the BG road noise. As far as calling though only issue is when I say to call a name like Josh and there are 2 different ones and I ended up calling the wrong one. I added last names to the contacts and is a lot better. Also on the iPhone when contacts have multiple numbers on one contact it helps to say the type you have it associated with. Like my wife has three different numbers under her one contact iPhone, work, and mobile. So I have to say "wife iPhone" to call her IPhone. Hope this help as you didn't give many details as to what going on so I listed somethings that I have noticed.

According to the computer database at the dealership, the address input error has to do with the country choice. Apparently GM hasn't realized that this happens when inputting directions in the US as well. They are telling Canadian Camaro owners to verbally change the country to Canada, and then state the address. That is supposedly a work around. I haven't tried doing this with the US, maybe it will work for us as well.

This could be an issue with other noises going on in the car. Try doing it when there are no other noises going on and let me know if it works correctly.

I apologize for the frustrations. If you would like, I can set up a case with GM customer service and hand you off to the appropriate group that handles these types of concerns. I will need your first and last name, address, phone number, VIN, mileage, and involved dealership name.

I am looking forward to working with you.
