Jeep Cherokee SRT8 vs Camaro SS?

I was on youtube yesterday and watched a Jeep SRT8 do a 31 second mile.

It got to 164 mph.

I dont think a camaro would have a chance, maybe a HPE 550?

Both of those Jeeps are heavily modified.....so yeah, a Camaro would have a very good chance...

Here's one that did it on all motor, and with less HP I do believe...almost a similar time too...about 38 seconds I believe...

Of course he had NOS. Good way to blow your engine through the hood, or melt your pistons faster than the blink of an eye. But i wonder how much shot he was running? You have to use that stuff carefully. But anyway. Good that he won. I wonder what would happen if we put his motor in a supra?

I believe those Jeep SRT8's are tested at having a 13.3 1/4 time. Not bad for a SUV.

It's a race car, great for carrying luggage, good in the snow, can pick up groceries comfortably. Really an awesome daily driver

But

It costs 60,000!!!

I know someone that pulled a 12.5 1.4 Mile with just a tune. AWD is what makes those SRT8's monsters

Money is relative...for someone with a six figure income that means nothing.....

i wonder what these people do with thier time??? I mean, there probably insanley rich and have a lot of money and time on thier hands that they can do these modifications all at once. People like me on the other hand are technically living paycheck to paycheck. Even though i still live with my parents because im still in school, every check is going towards my truck. The damn thing needs a carburator, brakes,(in 3k miles) and im still paying for the dang tires ($300) Its almost as if the people who are able to do this to thier cars are losing the value of money. But anyway, i got off topic there, i dont think a Camaro would have chance. but agian that depends on the year of Jeep we are talking about i think. 2012 jeep cherokee SRT8 does the 1/4 (stock) in 13.3. Stock the Camaro does about a 13.6 1/4 mile..
