Just put a good exhaust on it. Seriously I think the noise you here is the noise of a sports car. As far as the paint chipping I haven't had any problems with that and maybe the dealer you got the car from had paint work done on it. It happens. I have managed a couple of dealerships and have seen where salesman have a accident and brand new cars get paint work. I'm just saying man. Maybe take another Camaro for a ride and see if it sounds the same way. Good luck!!

For those that keep saying its normal, remember I pointed out that it only recently started making the noise. GR8Pumkn thanks for the suggestion.

If you are just now noticing the noise something is wrong. Wheel bearings would be the first item to check. Are the tires you put on the same as the original? Different brands can really have an effect on a performance car. I drive mine often and find it to be very quite and comfortable other than a few minor issues now and them.

You say it just started. Have you had a tire shop check to see if the tires are what we call in the business (when I was in the business ) "flat spotted" or "scalloped"? This noise will increase as it gets worse (and it will get worse exponentially) and at higher speeds....

The only noise I hear is the exhaust, get some LT headers and a real exhaust package and you won't hear anything but the cool sound it makes. LOL

Does the noise get louder the faster you go up to a point? Does it make the noise at the steady speed while on or off the gas. If you let off the gas and the noise is still there it may still be the tires. What brand of tires did you put on the car? I'd test drive a used one and see how it does.
