Car part name

I have a new question to you guys.

Can anyone tell me please the name of this car part?
I have some very ugly scratches on it since my last auto shop visit.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

I'm looking for one myself, nice to see that ten years later, they're finally discontinued and all gone.

...unless someone here knows of a new one somewhere...

This is exactly why I bought a couple of those right after buying the car back in 2009. I saw how easy they were to scuff and ordered up some to have on hand when they did go belly up at the parts department. Glad I did. Same for the ZL1's front latch cover. May never need them, but I got them just in case.
