Pedders XA warranty length

I installed Pedders pace car kit with ZL1 style sway bar, around May 2012.Last August while going through technical for my first DE found right rear shock leaking, called pedders they warranted it.Spent Thursday & Friday at NJMP for DE with PCA.Pulled my car into my instructors rented garage immediately following final session to adjust down shock damping for ride home,so I went under the car to adjust the left rear and oil was pouring out! While PARKED!!No oil trial,PARKED!!! Will Pedders warrantee this? Gotta tell you guys the car was FANTASTIC!I even got a point by from a Godzilla!

Yes they will warranty it. Send JusticePete a message. He'll take care of you, not to worry.

Out of curiosity, what wheels do you have?

We warranty almost anything ;-)

This type of failure is almost always related to coil preload or ride height. I believe we discussed pre load. What are your rear ride heights?

Please send your name, number, ship to, etc to.

Pete

10mm preload,650mm front & rear.I saw a few months back you posted not to go below 660mm because of axle geometry, haven't gotten to that yet(more work than time + wheel alignment).Rear XAs can't be adjusted for ride height while connected to the LCA right?

Pete and his team at Pedders were awesome in my warranty issue. Used the excuse to switch from a competitors sways to their ZL Spec for a huge improvement!

Both Xa and Supercar height can be adjusted while bolted into the car. The only area of caution is with the front super car canisters. The Canister brackets must be loose when adjust height so the canister can move up and down. The front canister uses a pipe to connect the monotube to the reservoir. The rear uses a hose.
