New ZL1 vert - Need transport Oh to Pa

Hi everyone, I just put money down on an all Black 2013 ZL1 vert in Springfield, Ohio. I couldn't pass up the price. No options & Auto. All black wheels.

I need a reputable auto transport dealer to ship to Murrysville, Pa. I need them to be affordable as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark

GM uses Reliable Carriers - we trust them with Concepts costing millions of dollars as well as our Historic Collection.

My Grandfather (a Pittsburgh native) had a saying:

"....son....the oats cost more at the front of the horse than at the back...."

you get what you pay for.

Thank you. I agree with that saying. I don't want idiots handling this beautiful car!

I will call them today.

I'll second this one - used it for shipping my firebird, and it went perfectly.

Why not just drive it back? My Dad bought his across the Indiana/Ohio line. He drove from Pittsburgh and was back in a few hours. That 300 mile drive never hurt the car.

I was thinking the same thing! Unless it's the weather you are worried about, the drive would be a great way to get acquainted with your new beast!

if he's getting the car now, I figure he doesn't want to drive it in the snow as we are getting at least 1" per night of late.

I would go with a reputable carrier like Reliable or Mayflower. If you want to see why watch Shipping Wars. UShip has done a great public service showing people who not to ship with, them.

I got a good price from Reliable. I traveled to Springfield last weekend to look at it and the weather was horrible. Rock salt and cinders all over the roads. I want to get my clear bra at my local dealer Grabiak before I get it on the road. I did think long and hard about driving it back though. Maybe if it was in late March yeah, but not mid February. I did test drive one last year and I can't wait to get this car in the Laurel mountains for a cruise.

Thanks for all your responses.

My dealer was happy to keep the car inside until the weather warmed enough and the rain washed the salt off the roads so I could drive it home.
