Gills and a Bow Tie.

That looks so much like the race boats of the 90s. Ohio Steel in particular. Very cool.

B, on my way out of the country again, here's hoping your car is in your hands by the time I get back home... Holding up a rum and coke...

I remember Ohio Steel - a 42' Fountain with Reggie and the Steel guy John something. It was bright yellow with black lettering for a while. That was a nice v-hull. This one's a cat. You know your boats.

Thanks R. Sorry that you are leaving again, but you'll be back and ready to roll getting that cage in Brandi. Good day for a Rum and Coke. Just came back from a party at a good friends house. Captain Morgan and Cokes... And a pile of jello shots the girls made. One was Grape and Moonshine. Kinda gives a new meaning to a Purple Nurple.

Sorry about the long wait. It really shouldn't be a whole lot longer. Sounds like the transmission and SST specific converter are going out ASAP. But...on Thursday we are in mega vacation mode so we'll be on boats for a few weeks having fun. Then come back to reality...

I would hope so

Side note - IMHO the Lingenfleter guys are just messing around right now. When it comes time to get serious they would be running the set up they currently have. What they have now is a pinical of what GMHP alla Lingenfelter has to offer. WHen they get serious they will have to dump that whimpy blower

Not picking on the blower but it is limiting them in the grand scheme of things

Speedster...heard a story this weekend that made me think of you...

A buddy (and former business partner) was recounting a story of how a friend of his said he knew Gary Ballough. So my buddy(Dave) suggests somewhat offhandedly that it was always a dream to get a ride in an offshore racer.

Fast forward a couple of months and Gary calls him and wants him to not only ride...but to man the helm...in a race. Well, Dave is a bit nervous but takes him up on it...turns out they wind up becoming the 2009 Superboat Stock National Champions.

Dave gets the biggest shit-eating grin when he talks about it...but relates that the real talent is in operating the throttles...he's just a monkey turning when Gary tells him to....
