I call it "moditis". There is no cure! All you can do is treat the symptoms with more $$.

There are only two options in life. Fight or flight. Most people run. Almost all people run. But not us. The difference between us and everyone else is that we run towards the gunfire. And that makes all the difference.

I did some research for you , and it does not look good. You may want to notify your family.

Long term effects of Moditis:
  • Severe itching in pocket area of pants requiring frequent removal of wallet and credit cards.
  • Random twitching of typing fingers when near auto part websites causing sporadic online ordering.
  • Secondary long term condition: Emptybankitis - Causes severe anxiety upon logging onto bank acct.
  • Persistent ringing in ears known as Spousalnaggitis (no cure at this time)

Prognosis: PERMAGRIN (will remain active until source of symptoms is eliminated, otherwise known as trade-in)

It is called normal. The opposite is clinically referred to as Priustosis.
