Interesting responses. I wasn't expecting so many people to keep their Camaro's! I love the car too, but not enough to change my lifestyle to accommodate it :(

i think we did a conversion a little while back and were paying around 4.80 a gallon when converted, cant remember if that was premium or not.
Right now its $1.30 per litre for premium
So yeah, were getting raped. But no need to sell the car, camaro does pretty good on gas milage if you do mostly highway driving, if you do stop and go, park it and take the bus because even the v6 is terrible in the city, lol cant imagine the v8s

I have a short daily commute to and from work/school, so I don't use much gas. I only fill up once a week, and even when I do, the tank is never running on E.

This Camaro gets far better mileage than my 78 Trans Am did (11 / 17 mpg) when gas spiked in the early 80's and it's comparable to the other cars in my garage now.

Well since my milage is high single digits or low double digits depending on how I am driving it I guess it really does not matter. E85 is a huge savings though over Race Fuel which is already over 7 bucks here.

The extra $$ in gas will not be anywhere near the amount I plan on spending on new mods. Seems everyone here would spend money on mods anyway so why cry about the gas going up? It's all about decisions.
