My 2013 Black 2LS

Well i figured i would start my build thread...since i'm about to hit my one year mark of owning the car..lol

purchased it march 15, 2013 from robbins chevrolet in humble texas

it's a 2013 2ls

the day i brought it home

first mods were blacked out bowties and removed trim rings off wheels

next was blacking out the tail lights/side markers...and then eventually the bezels...and removed the rear bowtie

next i picked up some havok wheels and painted them satin black

next was bmr lowering springs, acs front splitter and rocker add ons

debadged fenders and brembo brakes installed

added acs hood insert

front bowtie delete, red hash marks and gm dovetail installed...and afterburner tails....rounded out the exterior mods...dont think anything else will be done to the exterior...also had window tint done...

interior mods done are minimal...so i'll just post a group of the photos cause i dont remember the order of doing them..haha...abl panels, brushed accents on center console, footwell lights, drake shifter, hurst shift plate, four pack gauge cluster...a few more to come eventually...

next is performance stuff...

cai intake and elite catch can installed

first part of suspension mods after lowering springs arrived

ny-trex nitrous installed and mocked up

strut bar installed the same time as sway bars front and rear

how she sits now...with slotted/drilled rotors and acs rear extensions

parts waiting for install:

bmr trailing arms outer bushings
bmr toe rods

parts on order that i'm waiting on delivery for:

bmr subframe connectors/ tunnel brace
ss rear diff with 3.45 gears
axles (received)
ss rear hubs
bmr diff bushings
hopefully will receive these before the weekend so i can install this upcoming weekend...as i have an appointment to be tuned by matt from fsp the following week while he is in houston...

only thing left that will be done to the car will be some type of forced induction...

thanks for stopping by my thread...comments or criticisms are welcome and any advice will be appreciated!!!

If you ever sell it let me know. Might pick it up off you if I can. But I agree, if u already have it mounted, might as well spray it once or twice

Thanks!

Parts finally arrived for rear end swap...so hopefully change out the differential and install the rest of my bmr goodies this weekend...once thats done, tune it and will probably test out the nitrous...most likely will go forced induction sooner than planned...lol
