Right after lunch we put the transmission back in the car so Corey and I could start fabricating the fittings for the new turbos.

I got a few new pictures and will have more as time goes...

I want to send a shout out to Joe, Racer778 for the assistance. He stopped by and got his hands right in the thick middle of it all...Mike stopped by late this afternoon and offered some moral support...
Just doin' what I do best

Next time I'll bring some work clothes and actually do something productive LMAO. Coming together nicely, bro! I'll stop back by in a day or two...not like it's far from my house haha

Went to the shop for a little while today...

We figured out where the catch can for the diff will mount, and I now have the third member mounted in the cradle... We are waiting on some specific metric bolts we need... They should be here Thursday...

They are a 12 mm 1.5 pitch thread 12.9 grade X 65 mm... Not a readily available bolt for sure... We tried Fastenall and another local vendor... to no avail... We could get them but would have to but a box of 50, and it could take a couple of weeks to get them... and we only need 12 of them... My vendor should be able to get them to us by Thursday.... I Love supportive vendors... you know, the ones that stand behind their product and take care of little issues and big ones... This is obviously a little one, and easily resolved....

Not a problem... Tomorrow we will start working on the plumbing for the new turbos, build the catch can for the diff and see where we go from there....We still have to pull of the cold side housing and cut and trim it... then weld the new elbow on and get it ready for clocking it in the new direction we determine to be the best...

We ought to have it together some time next week....

Glen, your diff is waiting for you if you're ready for it...

I think I just found something else I gotta have...

This is the geek side of me coming out...

I was reading a thread earlier and saw that is was by a vendor doing a HUD... so, I had to ask... are there options as to what can be displayed on it... Yup.. shift light, rpm,s mph's etc... Apparently since it plugs into the OBDII port, pretty much anything I want can be displayed...

So, a 2010 Camaro with HUD and a myriad of options to display... I'm so off in the deep end...

Must study up more on this...

Wow I'm surprised Fastenall did not have them.

:( Well at least there on the way. Right now I,m trying to decide if I should remove the rear diffuser and paint it IOM. Straddle Craft is just chomping at the bit to do it.
