This kit is awesome. I did find out one thing. Everything was working perfect. Then some called me and force of habit I pushed the talk button on the steering wheel. After that the volume button on the wheel didn't work. The track up/down and SRC worked fine. So with the radio on I held the talk button for 5 seconds and let go, then the volume buttons started working again.

Kit looks really good installed, thanks for sharing the picture! Here is what Scosche has to say about your issue:

To Install:
Save all three files onto an empty flash-drive.
Connect the flash-drive to the Scosche interface USB cable.
Wait for "Complete" to display on Scosche interface.

Thanks, I ordered the kit from you guys, it was delivered on Friday. Installed on Saturday. So far it's worked great. If I have any issues I'll contact you. Thank you.
