Of course, RWHP can vary a good bit from one Camaro 6.2L to another. With two identical bone stock cars RWHP could dyno 10+HP different, for whatever reason. Also, readings vary from one dyno to another.

...and I experienced a 10-12hp variance during one dyno session due to engine temps!

19LEW,

426 crank =~ 362 WHP.

15% loss with stick, 20% loss on auto.
I said "about". Your not going to find the "exact number". Only way to do that is rip the motor out and run it on an engine Dyno.

Peace!

Easy way, take the RWHP number and divide by .85 for a stick and .80 with a/m trans.

I've ranged from 411-428 at the ground on different dynes on different days.
I would not feel I was being inaccurate to say my engine made 475hp. That's probably conservative, actually, but it's a nice round number...

Depends on the type of dyno & whether it (and the operator) is accurate, conservative, or optimistic. Those factors can cause a car like yours to have about a 50 hp swing between two shops down the street from each other.
